IQ CLEANING LTD (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") operates Eternal Shokan, an online game offering digital game-related content, including virtual cards and Crystals. We are committed to preventing misuse of the Website for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud and other unlawful activity.
We maintain customer verification, payment security and compliance safeguards appropriate to our activities and to the requirements of applicable law and our payment partners. The Company does not offer bank accounts, money-remittance services or a general facility for transferring money between users. Payments and permitted Withdrawals are handled through approved third-party payment service providers.
This Policy applies to eligible Withdrawals made through the website.
Under the Terms & Conditions, Sell to Platform is a transaction in which a User transfers the game-use rights in an Eligible Card to the Company for an agreed buyback amount. It is not a payment from one User to another. A Withdrawal is limited to the Available Withdrawal Balance shown in the Member Account and calculated under the Terms & Conditions.
Only qualifying fiat amounts, such as proceeds from completed eligible card buyback transactions, may be withdrawn in accordance with the Terms & Conditions. Crystals, whether purchased, awarded as bonuses, or earned through gameplay, cannot be converted into fiat currency, redeemed for cash, or withdrawn. Cards obtained from random packs, rewards, or other ineligible sources cannot be sold back for withdrawable value. The Website must not be used to transfer unrelated funds or arrange payments for third parties.
Users register a Member Account using a valid email address and login credentials. Before Sell to Platform and Withdrawal functions are enabled, the Company requires verification of the User's identity, age, and residence, as well as verification of ownership of the relevant payment card, as described in the Terms & Conditions.
To complete verification, an authorized verification provider or we may ask for information such as the User's legal name, date of birth, address and contact details, government-issued identification, evidence of residence or payment-card ownership, and supporting information about an eligible Card or transaction. Where reasonably required, we may also request additional information that confirms the lawful origin of funds or digital items sold.
Users must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests. A buyback or Withdrawal may remain unavailable or be delayed if required checks cannot be completed.
The Website may be used only for lawful game-related activity permitted by our Terms & Conditions. Users must not use stolen or unauthorised payment methods, provide false identity information, impersonate another person, use someone else's payout destination, manipulate transactions or balances, or attempt to convert ineligible items or game rewards into money.
We do not permit the Website to be used as a third-party payment service, to conceal the source or destination of funds, or to evade sanctions, account restrictions or applicable legal requirements. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Member Account and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
A buyback or Withdrawal is available only when the relevant transaction qualifies under the Terms & Conditions, the required verification has been completed, and the requested amount is within the applicable Available Withdrawal Balance and other published limits.
Withdrawals are made to the same payment card that funded the relevant eligible purchase. An expired or replaced card may be handled only through an approved process and new payment card ownership verification. Withdrawals to unrelated third parties are not permitted.
Applicable fees, eligibility conditions, limits and transaction information are disclosed in the Terms & Conditions and, where relevant, during the transaction process. We may postpone, restrict, reject or cancel a request where necessary to address incomplete verification, account security, suspected wrongdoing, legal restrictions or our payment service provider requirements. Where legally permitted, we will communicate relevant reasons or next steps to the affected User. Legitimate payment entitlements and mandatory refund rights remain subject to applicable law and our Terms & Conditions.
We take reasonable steps to comply with applicable UK financial sanctions and other relevant legal restrictions. We may check information supplied by Users against applicable sanctions information and information requested by our payment partners.
We may refuse access to relevant functions, restrict transactions or prevent a Withdrawal where a legal restriction or unresolved compliance concern applies. We may also cooperate with authorised payment partners and competent public authorities, including making legally required disclosures. Information about confidential checks or investigations may be withheld where disclosure is prohibited or could undermine lawful safeguards.
Information collected for account verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and legal compliance is handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Relevant information may be shared with payment processors, verification providers and competent authorities, where permitted or required.
Payment card details are processed by payment service providers and not stored by us. Our Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal data we process, the purposes of processing, applicable retention periods and Users' privacy rights.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. It does not reduce any rights that Users have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law. We may revise this Policy from time to time, and an updated version will be published on the Website.
